Hougly Home Brew Review: PeiHomebrewer’s Coopers Irish Stout.

My first home brew review. I review a bottle of PeiHomebrewer’s Coopers Irish Stout. It’s a partial extract brew. The recipe he used: 1 can of Cooper’s Original Series Stout 1KG Dark DME 250g Crystal Malt 250g Roasted Barley 150g Chocolate malt 1oz US Goldings hops (15min boil) for flavour Safale US05 Yeast.

  • that looks fantastic, got to try out all grain brewing.

  • Looks like a great brew.

  • @ChadzBeerReviews I am going to attempt an ESB (my favourite style) in the coming weeks; if it is up to snuff, I will send ya one! I just have to find another source for grains, as my usual supplier is moving and shut down their site until April 8th.

  • God, I gotta try brewing myself soon…

  • I wish Len would open a micro brewery.

I’d rum run this stuff back to New Brunswick – excepting of course I’d have every jar drained before I slipped into Kouchibouguac port!

  • have you ever seen the old miller high life commercials? the manly ones your dad sounds like the announcer for them.

  • @Tantrum777 Never seen them, brother.
