Beer and wine sales down but?
There’s a boom in people purchasing home brew kits.
Have you ever attempted to brew your own Beer, Cider or wine and was you successful?

Severus, wtf? You have never tried it… but it is the best beer you have ever tried. (?) What?!
Joe, Where did you get your sources? Beer sales went dowm.
…went down.

  • What is your source for this information? AFAIK, beer and wine sales went up when the economy went down. I’ll grant you that home brewing is on the rise.

No, I have not attempted to brew my own beer, though I will in the future. So it were not successful (see you say was you successful which is the wrong tense, so I also used the wrong tense to make a joke, see, clever, ain’t it?).

  • no.
hade homemade wine that was OK but thats about it

  • Errrrrr……no
    Get a life.

  • Mr. Beer Kit = Gross gross gross

Leave it to the proffesionals i say.

  • I have made many home brews. They take at least a month before they are done but you can get 5 gallons of good beer for about 25 bucks, you also need the gear to start off with and that isn’t really cheap, maybe 50 if you went with the bare minimum. I had a friend help me on my first brew and they have all turned out great ever since. If you are trying to brew something like budlight and save some money you might as well not waste your time, home brewing is for real beer!

  • I tried the Mr. Beer kit…and it tasted disgusting. :(

  • much harder than you think to get a good tasting beer from home along with the hops or barley needed to make it.

I don’t think the sales are down at least not at my 14 locations..

  • My uncle brews his own beer and occasionally makes wine. I haven’t tried it myself but I tell you, he missed his calling as a brew-master. The best beer I have ever tasted.
