    Personally I’d recommend you try Modus Hoperandi by Ska Brewing if you can get your hands on it. Damn fine IPA.

  • when you secondary ferment you can add extra yeast at the bottling stage to give you extra yeast to carbonate

  • I tried St Peters English Ale Organic 4.5% and Young’s Double Chocolate Stout the other day and they are definitely not the best beers around, too bitter. Give Innis and Gunn Original a try , Innis and Gunn will blow you away with its complex and amazing flavor. Theres only one Innis and Gunn.
